Assessment
Set your own assessment pace
AAT
assess the skills you’ve developed using flexible
and practical computer based assessments (CBAs).
There’s no set time to take these tests
– you can sit them as and when you’re
ready, with the agreement of your training provider.
Immediate results for online testing
Your understanding of many learning and assessment
areas is measured using formal tests, marked
automatically and with provisional results available
to view straight away. This means that you’ll have
more knowledge and control of how you’re
progressing.
Balance of learning methods
Not
every assessment is an online test; some learning
and assessment areas use other computer-administered
methods, including projects, reports or workplace
evidence. These types of assessment, and some of the
online tests which have extended written questions,
are marked by hand with the results available up to
and including six weeks later.
